Being a party host at iPlay America is both fun and exhilarating. Every day is different and it’s truly rewarding being able to make memories for families that will last forever. To give the best experience possible, we like to have our system down to a science.
First thing we do is review the party and all that it will entail. The number of guests, time-slots for attractions, if the party has any add-ons, themes or special requests. Then, we make sure to count out the party wristbands that signify who is in our party, grab a radio so we can communicate with other hosts and finally go meet the party family!
Once we are in the park, we make sure all the party guests know where we’re going first and we get them excited to be here! We’ll guide them to their choice of rides, play tons of fun games, such as whac-a-mole and basketball, and bring them to their included attractions like laser tag and XD Dark Ride.
After an hour-and-a-half of fun in the park, we like to give each birthday child a special surprise; a chance to spin the iconic birthday wheel! Where they land on the wheel is the prize they receive!
Then, we guide them to the celebration room for pizza, drinks and cake! PIZZA! Make a wish! Each party is allotted 45 minutes in the party room which leaves plenty of time to enjoy dessert.
We will then check out with the party parents and give them their birthday gifts that were held safely during the celebration. Then, it’s time to get ready for the next party!
