HELL ON WHEELS PRODUCTIONS is a leading action sports entertainment company where the world’s top riders come together. Its team consists of riders on BMX bikes, Freestyle Motocross, skateboards, inline skates, and street bikes. I had the opportunity to speak with Jeff Jones, founder of Hell on Wheels Productions as the group gets ready to rock Freehold.

The riders in the Hell on Wheels Production are between the ages of 18 and 25. Most riders typically start around 10 years old. Young riders dabble in everything from skateboarding to BMX stunt riding but when they become teenagers, they usually settle down and focus their attention on one specialty. Jeff Jones explained that some tricks take months to master while others well, “you just have to go for it,” he said. As for Vinny Mannino’s stunt (shown below), he noted, “There is no way to really practice it. There’s no official title for the trick because it’s similar to a Step Up Jump but the element of distance makes it more like a Hail Mary. He just had to know he could surpass the Step Up and clear the distance in order to try the trick.”

Hell On Wheels – Vinny Mannino Steppin It Up

Here are a few more riders and stunts you may see this Sunday when Hell on Wheels takes over the iPlay America parking lot!

“This is Auggie,” Jones said. “Not many people can do a front flip.” Hell on Wheels Productions has entertained millions by appearing at NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB half-time/pre-game/fan fair shows as well as Walt Disney World, Six Flags parks, and many other venues. With its exceptional talent—and a few giveaways up its sleeve—Hell on Wheels is ready for its first visit to iPlay America!

The show is free for the general public to attend, but with the advance purchase of an unlimited ride pass for $24.95 guests will receive a commemorative photo and a ticket for a special private meet & greet and photo opportunity with select riders of Hell on Wheels!
